Service Policy
- Cancellations: We completely understand that plans may change, so please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We want to ensure everyone has a chance to book, so a 50% charge will be incurred for late cancellations, and the full session fee will be charged for no-shows.
- Late Arrivals: We’re eager to give each client our full attention, so please do your best to arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you run late, we’ll adjust your session to fit your appointment’s timeframe.
Class, Workshop, and Special Event Cancellation and Deposit Refund Policy
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Deposits: While class deposits are nonrefundable, we’re happy to let you apply them to a future class within one year if you let us know at least 24 hours before the class begins.
- No-Show Policy: To be fair to everyone, if you cancel without 24 hours’ notice or are a no-show, we won’t be able to refund your deposit or apply it to a future class.
- Total Payment: If you’ve already paid for a class in full and can’t make it, we won’t refund your payment but can apply it to a future class.
