Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT, is an inspiring self-help method that unites the mind, body, and spirit by addressing physical discomfort and emotional and mental challenges. Developed by Gary Craig, EFT is based on the idea that disruptions in our energy flow can lead to negative emotions, thoughts, and physical pain.
The EFT practitioner will guide you through this transformative technique, helping you heal past traumas, break free from harmful habits, overcome fears and phobias, and reshape limiting beliefs. Using acupressure, the EFT practitioner will demonstrate the tapping method on specific meridian points on the body and explain what to say during the tapping process.
This practice soothes the nervous system, encourages healthier brain responses, and rebalances energy.
EFT’s steps are simple and easy to learn. As you get comfortable with the process, you can practice EFT anywhere, making it an incredibly valuable tool for personal growth and self-improvement.
