Transformative Approach to a Contemplative Mind is a seven week course that helps you continue on your life path of your personal freedom through contemplative practice for your mind, body and spirit.
Contemplation is defined as the act of thinking deeply about something; a calm, lengthy, intent consideration or a period of concentration on spiritual matters that an individual undertakes. Contemplation is being fully present in heart, mind, and body, which brings in self awareness to help transform toward what could be. Contemplation is both personal and collective, internal (self) and external (world around you).
During the 7 weeks, you will step into the world of Contemplative Practice that will address your mind body spirit overall wellness.
