Karen Strasser, Reiki Master, Certified Holistic Health Coach

Karen is a Reiki Master and a Certified Holistic Health Coach trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She loves to incorporate her wellness background into her energy work where she focuses on the connection of our emotions to our physical and mental well-being. Karen’s perspective on nutrition is aligned with the practice of functional medicine, which states that food at its core is medicine. Very often we treat the symptoms of our disease when we should be discovering and addressing the root cause. In addition, she is passionate about cleaning living for home and self-care products and can help her clients develop a more sustainable lifestyle, while reducing their toxic load.

Prior to starting her business, 4 12 Wellness, she spent over a decade in the advertising industry as both Director of Creative Services and Operations, and Creative Recruiter in addition to starting her own recruiting business, Agent K Recruiting.

Donna Hickey

Donna Hickey is an ordained metaphysical minister who specializes in intuitive tarot reading, spiritual growth mentoring, and mindfulness practice. She is a Mastery of Meditation Certified Teacher, Mastery of Meditation Certified Teacher, Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and Wedding Officiant.

Donna has been working with the Tarot for over 16 years and uses her intuitive ability and her connection with her guides to interpret the cards. During a reading, Donna asks her guides to connect with your guides to pass along the messages they feel it’s important for you to hear.

She has been a Reiki practitioner/Master Teacher and working in the Metaphysical realm for nearly 20 years. She was ordained as a metaphysical minister under the Wisdom of the Heart Church in 2011.

Leslie Seidenberg-Kiefer, Licensed Massage Therapist

Leslie is the resident Massage Therapist at Mind Body Spiritual Connections. She is a graduate of Cortiva Institute’s Massage Therapy School and has been a Massage Therapist for over 10 years specializing in Injury Prevention, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Therapeutic Massage. She has worked with professional hockey players, Boston Marathon runners, and professional dancers. Leslie is a certified personal trainer since 2007 specializing in corrective exercise, health management, and kid’s fitness. Her passion for movement started with dance at the age of 3 and has continued through her career path. Mark S. Kinchla, Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Mark S. Kinchla specializes in Behavioral Medicine and Health Psychology. His cumulative training and experience encompass over 20 years of personal and professional development using mind, body, and spirit-based approaches. Mark received his Doctorate degree from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. His integrated and holistic perspective toward discovering, developing, and maintaining wellness utilizes mindfulness informed therapies and mindfulness-based interventions. Expertise in several fields of psychology including substance use disorders, addictive behaviors, psychosocial-oncology, sports psychology, dual-diagnosis, co-occurring mental health and medical disorders, men’s support, anxiety, depression, and group therapy. His eclectic theoretical foundation is built upon cognitive behavioral, humanistic, existential, and constructivist ideology. However, it is continuously emerging and shifting to encompass a full spectrum of new and old therapies. His action-based and integrated conceptualization of the human condition is focused on present moment awareness, pragmatic interpretation, and thoughtfully grounded by acceptance. Lisa has studied many modalities of holistic medicine. She is a certified Herbalist, certified Aromatherapist, Reiki Master, and Energy Practitioner.

She is a mother, and licensed teacher of almost 40 years, who seeks to help others live a more joyful and healthy life. Corinne Wyard

As a spiritual, life and executive coach, and a Reiki Level 4 Master, Corinne is passionate about helping you break through whatever is holding you back and amplifying what brings you peace and happiness so you can live your life fully and be your best. As Annemarie’s Spiritual Life Coach Director, Corinne will support you as you wish during your retreat experience.

Corinne was drawn towards alternative complementary healing techniques from an early age to help with her migraines. Then one day a friend suggested she try Reiki to help combat her exhaustion; Reiki was instrumental in Corinne finding harmony, health, and happiness. Corinne studied Reiki with Annemarie. Her training in other energy modalities such as mindfulness, meditation, EFT aid in her supporting you at a deeper level, intuitively.

Prior to being a Reiki Master and a Coach Corinne spent over 30 years as a successful senior marketing executive, consultant, mentor, and leader travelling around the country and the world while raising a family and learning how to be her best and live her life more fully. Theresa Baldassari, Certified Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master

Theresa has been actively involved in holistic modalities for several decades. However, Theresa’s journey into Energy Healing began when she, like many others, experienced life-changing events. It is often said that ‘you don’t find Reiki/Energy Healing, it finds you’. Theresa experienced profound grief, sorrow and trauma and was called to Reiki/Energy Healing. For her, Reiki/Energy Healing guided her to finding her true essential self. Theresa also expanded her energy healing to include hypnosis. Hypnosis creates balance, healing, and more thoughtful responses to her everyday life.

In turn, Theresa desires to share her gift of empathy, compassion, light, and love with as many people as she can so that they may live their best life and discover the Serenity Within.
